My Favorite Herbalife Shake Recipe
Okay, this recipe can be adjusted to fit your own preferences and
nutritional needs. While you can substitute the berries for any fruit
you like, berries are glycemically lower than any other fruit. This is
important for diabetics to keep in mind when adding any fruit to their
Herbalife Healthy Meal shake! Also, if you want to add any sweetener to
this, it's best to add NO MORE than 1 tspn of either honey or Blue
Agave, preferably, the later of the two, as Blue Agave is glycemically
lower than honey. Never use processed or artificial sweeteners
containing aspartame.
- 3 heaping scoops of Allergan-free
Herbalife Healthy Meal Shake Formula 1 (some people may only need 2
scoops and you can use Vanilla Herbalife instead of the Allergan-free
version)
- 1 to 1.5 cups of any frozen berry
- 1/2 tspn or 1 tspn Herbalife Herbal Tea concentrate (I use Raspberry flavor tea)
- 3/4 cups chilled water
- 1/4 cup mango flavored Herbalife Herbal Aloe Vera concentrate
Put
all ingredients in your blender and blend, mix, liquify to desired
consistency... Drink & enjoy two healthy Herbalife Healthy Meal
